However, once we have done this, buying a lot in Crossings from one of our builders is a great way to secure a lot in this new community. After our builder selection has been announced, you can take the following four simple steps:
- Use our interactive lot map to choose the available lot that you'd like
- That map will also indicate which of our builders owns that lot
- Contact the builder
- The sales process is now between you and the builder

You are assured the lot you choose and will not need to go through the process of the lot draw.
Limitations of buying your lot from a builder
You will need to build your home with the builder you purchased the lot from. This gives you less choice and flexibility. On the other hand, we select only the finest builders in our community and you can work closely with your builder to customize your home to fit your needs.
