Getting Started

As a new phase is introduced in Crossings, we sell 50% of the lots to our selected group of builders.  The remaining 50% are made available to the public.  That means that if you want to purchase a lot in the Crossings, you can go one of two ways:

1. purchase a lot from Lethbridge Land
2. design and build a home with one of our selected builders
   

Both streams have distinct advantages and both present some limitations.  Explore both options and decide which best fits for you.

note:  at the present time, residential lots are not being sold in Crossings.  Please check back often to stay informed of when lots will be available.
